Richard said he was pulling into the business to pick up his vehicle at this time and it appeared to be right. It took 3 weeks longer than promised. They told him it was because of a parts delay. He only received one email that asked if he wanted an invoice or pictures. He emailed back he wanted an invoice. He made two more calls to the business in the weeks following, attempting to get an invoice, but did not receive one. They did not return any of his calls or emails and they had the vehicle for two months. The first estimate was for $4,000 but the cost of repairs was only $3,000. He called on Friday and he was told the vehicle was not ready. On Monday he called and the representative asked him if anyone had told him the vehicle was good to go. He said they did not and that did not surprise him being they had not kept in contact with him the entire time they had his vehicle. With the exception of the total lack of communication he was treated well by the staff. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
