Spoke with Mercedes. She said they were suppose to call her husband back by noon and they never did. Her husband had to call them at 2:00 pm to find out what was going on and ask when his vehicle would be ready. When they say they are going to call back by a certain time they should keep their promise. The vehicle was a few days late because the parts did not all come in at once. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, her husband had to call to find out any information. She cannot evaluate the person who prepared the estimate, but she chose not to elaborate. She and her husband weren't satisfied with the communication and they will not recommend this business for the above reasons.
