John said this business left several flaws in and around his vehicle that he could not have repaired because he was moving to Las Vegas. They had his vehicle for 45 business days and he paid $16,000 for repairs on a brand new $50,000 vehicle which should have been done better. They left excess paint bubbles, overspray on bumper area and the carpet on driver side was not put back properly so there is a hole showing. He spoke with the manager and asked him to give him the name of a sister business in Las Vegas where he could take his vehicle for the repairs they did not do. He has not heard back from them. He was given three separate promises of time but they were never kept for several reasons that he did not recall. He was kept informed sometimes but most of the time he would contact them and they would return his calls. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
