Darron said he asked the facility to fix the front damage on the vehicle but also to fix a part on the back bumper, which he would pay for himself. Four times he was told to come in and pick up his vehicle and each time he came in he was told the vehicle wasn't ready. One of those visits he saw his vehicle was still sitting in the exact spot he had left it in the first time he dropped it off and hadn't been touched. He was originally told it would be a week but it was over 3 weeks later before it was finished. The facility told him every time it was an issue with parts, either they were arriving damaged and weren't up to their quality or the wrong parts had come in. When he finally got his vehicle back he saw the front bumper had not been repaired but had been pushed out and in the sunlight he can still see where the damage was. The part on the back bumper was not fixed either. The facility didn't sand, prime or paint the spot. He knows there is no way these are new parts on the vehicle because he can still see dirt behind the tags. He is not satisfied with the business for lying to him. He has gotten no satisfaction whatsoever for what he has ended up paying for and he is telling everyone he can, not to use this business. His most recent communication with the facility was an employee in a supervisor or managerial position telling him they would fix all the damage if he agreed to pay for labor and parts. At this point he will be contacting his attorney and is considering small claims court.
