David said he felt he was taken advantage of at this business, especially because he is in the military. The customer service was poor. He called over 50 times to get a hold of his representative and not once did they ever call back. He had to go online through his insurance company to see what was taking them so long to return his vehicle back to him. He received his vehicle 45 days later than promised. The reason for the delay is unknown but the lady from the front desk told him they might be holding his vehicle because they were waiting on parts. When he finally picked up his vehicle it was shaking so he had to take it back to the business. He then picked his vehicle back up around closing time and when he drove off, the vehicle was making noises and was still shaking. He already drove 5 hours back to his home and decided not to go back to this business and finally took his vehicle to be serviced elsewhere. He spent a total of $6,500 at this business. Now he is spending an extra $1,500 at another business for issues that were not addressed at this business. Based on this experience, he would never recommend this business to anyone.
