Edward said the person he was working with became ill and he did not hear anything for 2 days after he dropped off his vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be ready in about 2 days. When he called on the day it was to be ready, the business told him there was more damage found and the insurance company would need to be contacted to get permission to replace the bumper. The business had some trouble finding out what was happening with the vehicle. The vehicle was late by 6 days because of the extra damage. The business did not call to alert him about the delay. He had to call them. He said he owns a Lexus and this business was not what he would expect as a Lexus owner. He chose not to say whether or not he was adequately informed during the repair process. The business did not communicate with him. He had to call. He was not satisfied with the estimate because it had to be done a second time when they found more damage. He would recommend this business because he understands that there might be some problems if an employee becomes ill and it does not usually happen.
