Spoke with Marcer. Marcer said she gave a rating of 1 because of the length of time the business had the vehicle. She said there is 1 part that was left off and she has not heard if this part has been replaced. The vehicle is with her daughter in another state. Marcer said the vehicle was promised to be ready in 1 or 2 weeks. It was late by 2 or 3 weeks because of parts orders. The business did not call to alert her to a delay. It took so long to do the work on the vehicle that the rental ended before the work even began on the vehicle. Marcer said there were no updates and her daughter and husband had to initiate all calls. Marcer did not know if the business called when the vehicle was finished. Marcer She was dissatisfied with the way they were treated because of untruthfulness by the business concerning the promise time. It seemed like the front office did not communicate with the technicians. Marcer would not recommend this business because of this experience. She added her husband had to step in during the repair process because the business was not responding in a professional manner to their daughter. Marcer added this business needs a good office manager.
