Tara said this business did a wonderful jobs on the repairs, and her vehicle looks wonderful. Mike, the person who helped her, was awesome. He even waited for her an hour after closing time so she could pick up her vehicle, and he called her with status updates. He was great. It took six weeks to get her vehicle back. The circumstances for the delays were not this business's fault. It took State Farm a week to go to this business to check out her vehicle, and there was an ice storm during the repairs. She was very dissatisfied with the condition of her vehicle after she picked it up. It was dark when she picked up her vehicle, but when she went into her vehicle the following morning was filled with dust and fumes. It was so dust filled when she opened her glove compartment she could see her fingerprints. Her husband told her this business did such a wonderful job on the repairs and not to call them about the dust. She had her vehicle detailed to remove the dust. She already recommended this business to her son who brought his vehicle to them for repairs.
