Mitch said his vehicle was supposed to take 3 days to complete but it took 2 full weeks. He was not given a reason for the delay. He said his dashboard light is still on, but he thought they would have known this already. He has to return to this business to have this issue fixed. He had to keep calling this business in order to be updated. He was supposed to meet with his representative twice. The first time he did not show up and the second time he kept him waiting. When he went to go pick up his vehicle it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. He was not satisfied with the communication because they failed to keep him adequately informed during the repair process. Overall, he is satisfied with the quality of the work.
