Gayle said her vehicle was not ready on time. The staff was not friendly and helpful. It was a terrible experience. A representative contacted her to tell her that the vehicle was ready to pick up but when she got there it was not ready. They told her it would be another ten minutes and after waiting for forty-five minutes she found out what was going on. She saw that her vehicle was still sitting on the lot untouched. She let them know and that is when they got to work on it. She was not kept informed because she waited and had to go ask what was going on. She thought the staff was uncaring. This business should have cared about her as a customer and treated her better than she got. They should have communicated more with her to let her know what was going on. She said there was no communication at all between her and the staff. She will not recommend this business to others because of the reasons mentioned.
