Daniel said he got his vehicle back a week late because of the following. When the work was completed on his vehicle this business wouldn't let him pick it up because the insurance hadn't contacted them. He had to pay $100 a day out of pocket for the commercial vehicle he rented, which came to $700. After his vehicle was dropped off they didn't initiate contact until the work was completed. When he called them for updates, they returned all of his calls. He wasn't satisfied with Cheri, the woman who helped him with everything, in the beginning of his experience with her. When he dropped off the vehicle he was trying to contact his insurance. Cheri told him if he didn't get his insurance involved soon he would have to get his vehicle off of the lot. He noted he thought about not letting this business repair his vehicle because of what Cheri said to him. He was thinking about picking it up and having it towed to North Carolina, not wanting to give them a dollar, until she told him he would have to pay storage fees if he went that route. After his insurance got involved Cheri turned out to be a very nice lady. She did a pretty good job preparing his estimate. He understood a little bit about Cheri's viewpoint when he first dropped off his vehicle, regarding getting the insurance involved right away, because his vehicle is from out of state.
