Spoke with Farisha. She said the affiliated service department at the business has always done good work but she was very dissatisfied with the repairs on her vehicle. She said that the air conditioning is not working now, the bumper is missing clips and the headlights are after market parts. It took the business 5 more weeks than she expected to repair the vehicle because they were waiting for parts and she is very upset that they charged her insurance company $6000 and none of the parts are original or new. She only received two or three calls in 8 weeks and had to call herself to get any updates. Kim was nice in the beginning but Shane, the lady that took over for Kim, was rude and snotty. The estimate did not include all the extra work the business claimed they had to perform. She has been waiting two weeks to receive a call from the business to discuss the issues she has. Due to this experience, she will never recommend the business.
