Spoke with Scott. He said he was not satisfied with his overall experience because they messed up a lot of things. He is not certain if they are competent. There seems to be no quality control regarding the vehicles getting repaired. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. They told him the vehicle would be ready in three days and it took two weeks. They gave different reasons for the delay. There was more damage found. The headlights were not connected, nor were the window switches connected properly. They were supposed to reposition the fender, but they did not. The check engine light was on and they did not replace parts. He was not kept informed during the repair process. The estimate was not done properly. The communication was not good. He is still looking for resolution to his issues.
