Review for Town & Country Toyota Body Shop

Spoke with Michael. He said he was told this business would call him on the day his vehicle would be ready, but no one called. When he called them on the day they promised his vehicle to him, they informed him it was ready. He didn't have any issues with the personnel, only with the quality of their work. He had a hard time contacting this business on the phone. He stated he thinks the number he was given is a direct line to an employee. It would ring, but there was no way for him to leave a message. He had to call this business affiliate dealership to have them transfer him to this business. There are a couple of spots on the hood that look like they weren't painted, which were covered with a clear coat. Someone would have to look real hard to see the spots. They detailed and vacuumed his vehicle, but he brought his vehicle to a car wash after he picked it up because there were swirl marks, and areas that look like it had compound on them. The person who helped him with everything was very nice. When he dropped off his vehicle he asked him how much it would cost to get a dent fixed on the side panel. He was told it would cost $400 to repair it because the entire side panel would have to be painted, or this business could touch it up with paint for free. Michael wanted them to touch it up, but when he picked his vehicle up they did not do it. Due to the reasons mentioned, he said he would not recommend this business and he doesn't think he would go back to them for future repairs.
