Matthew stated he wanted to rate the lowest score for his overall experience. His new vehicle was brought in with hail damage. They didn't finished the hail damage repairs and even damaged the exterior paint. His vehicle was due in 5 days, but wasn't done for a month. They lied to him about the glass holding them up. He wasn't kept updated when they kept going past deadlines, so he had to call to leave them messages, affecting the communication. This business didn't handle the estimate. His one frustration was they should have fixed it right and focused on quality and not quantity. They could have been more accurate about the promised time, because he had to pay for a rental work vehicle out of his pocket. He was given miscellaneous excuses for the work not being done on time. The business is currently ordering more parts and will contact him when they come in. He was told it would take a day for the rest of the work, but is unsure if this is true. He told someone today, who had asked for a referral, he wouldn't return to this business.
