Lucille said she dropped off the vehicle with the business to have hail damage repaired. She went on a two week trip and when she returned her vehicle had still not been repaired. In the process of fixing the vehicle the windshield was broken and the business had not secured the replacement windshield. Lucille mentioned it was an excuse from the representative working on her vehicle. Her representative was completely incompetent. She did not receive critical phone calls during the repairs, but instead she got two calls saying the vehicle was ready. Each time was an unnecessary visit to the business. The service on her vehicle took over twenty days to repair hail damage. Lucille finally went to the representative?s manager about the issue and he was very straight forward, honest and diligent about making sure she was kept informed. She chose not to elaborate about the length of the delay or the reason. The estimate was handled by the insurance company and it ended up being $400 more than the estimate from another business. She mentioned never experiencing such bull$?it, inappropriateness or rudeness, from someone who was supposed to be a part of customer service before. She will never go back and she will never recommend the business.
