A very courteous service adviser greeted me immediately upon arrival. I explained that my Pacifica just needed a couple routine maintenance items and a NYS inspection. My order was written up and explained. They have a very nice waiting area with complimentary coffee. The service was completed to my satisfaction in just about 45 minutes. Very satisfied.
