Car fixed eventually; had to wait way too long.
When I called customer service, I told them what the problem was and they knew I would not be able to drive the car until it was fixed, but they still made me wait 5 days for the first appointment. I feel this long a delay was unacceptable. Then I had to wait a sixth day because the car was not fixed and had to go back, and then a seventh day waiting for a part. I was without the car for and entire week! Surely, something could have been done to expedite the repair.

Did not diagnose problem correctly the first time.
When I called for service I told them the caliper was sticking, then had to wait 5 days for an appointment. They told me that it was not the caliper but the brake pads and replaced them. By the time I drove the car home, the caliper was sticking again and had to bring it back the next day. They had to keep the car overnight because a Mopar caliper was not available and by the time they got permission to use a non Mopar part, it would not arrive until the next day. After waiting 5 days for an appointment, it took 3 days to fix the car because they did not diagnose it correctly the first time.

     Sorry for your dissatisfaction. When our technician looked at it the first time. The rear caliper piston was able to be pressed back into the caliper and did not seem frozen to him. He thought it might have been just the buildup of the winter salt mixture they use on our road.Built up on the inner brake pad to mounting bracket. Causing the inner pads to not release all the time properly. I did personally inspect the rear brakes. I put your dart up on the lift  and checked to see if both rear wheels were free. Which they were. The left rear wheel had a little more drag on it. So I would assume the caliper wasn’t totally frozen yet. With that being said. We don’t want to try to sell customers unneeded repairs.Unfortunately for
us we should of been investigated deeper.
