They simply take care of business
I keep going back, because they take care of business, they explain what they did and what the car needs now or might need later, they are very accurate on their time estimates for how long its going to take and they are always professional. Everyone who works there fully understands the concept of what customer service means. I did not buy my car from them, but in hindsight, that was probably a mistake. Bottom line; they consistently take care of business, no drama, no shenanigans, strictly business, period.
