I like my new car
Everything about the process was great except one thing. All day, my sales person and I confirmed the monthly payment; over and over he and I both said That Number. Then when I got to finance I learned that That Number did not include extended warranty. I would have appreciated if the sales person had said "That Number" may not include warranty. Then I wouldn't have felt let down, disappointed and misinformed. I understand that he may not have known how much more my monthly payment would increase, but a heads up that it might increase would have alleviated that feeling of bait and switch.
