"Disappointed this time"
Have been a longtime, repeat, very satisfied customer, except this time. The check tire light has been on quite awhile. And it was still on after the 75k servicing. they said the 4 tires checked fine so it was possibly due to spare tire. But they didn't ck the spare because they said there was too much stuff in the trunk. The trunk had 3 items in it. A rolled yoga mat, a folded blanket, and an empty trunk organizer. They couldn't have moved those items to get to the spare???? And they said "your glove box was locked". THEY had the keys. Or they could've come to the waiting room and asked me if it was ok to unlock the glove box. They knew I was waiting. So, my tire light is still on, for who knows why, and Toyota of Puyallup is uninterested in finding out why. They sent me on my way. I have always had an exceptional experience there, but not this time.
