Took my car to a different Toyota dealership who diagnosed them as suggested repairs that are not dire, but should be serviced. The pressure to pay for the additional services was quite off putting.
As for the actual oil change, can't complain. Haven't had issues. So if you're going in just for that, I'd say it's worth it.
