I’m sorry you feel we used a “tactic” to earn your business. Darin and the person you contacted in the Internet Department explained that Toyota builds each model with different trim level packages – we aren’t able to take items out of a package. You chose to upgrade to the Limited model because it had more of the items you were looking for.
