Spoke with Linda. She said something strange happened while she was in for service. She said this business provided a diagnostic test on the vehicle and they told her there was a switch that needed to be serviced. When they finished the diagnostic test they realized the vehicle was just out of gas. She said she ended up paying a lot of money for the diagnosis on the vehicle, but all it needed was gasoline. She had hoped this business would have realized that before doing the diagnosis and charging her. She said her vehicle was down to two bars and she did not know that it needed gasoline that quickly. She said the representatives were very nice, but the circumstance was very silly. She was not happy with the quality of the service based on this experience.
