"Lack of attention or acknowledgement"
When I pulled into the bay the staff was welcoming. When I entered the checkin area 5 people working at theirs spots. Not one acknowledgement. None of them were with a customer. Not even an "I'll be with you in a moment." When I got my car back it was dripping wet. I had a towel in my car and dried the windows myself. When I first entered I did say if I was too late (10 mins) I could reschedule. She said I wasn't.
