"Not up to expectations"
Service adviser stated we needed a new water pump as we failed to have the 90000 mile service. Told him it was done and he failed to look up on the computer. Service was done at heartland in Bremerton? Had a scheduled LOF and a battery was sold and replaced. Over 2 hours. Wile I have enjoyed the service and dealership in the past this service fell extremely below expectations. I would not recommend to a friend without warning of my recent experience

Contacted customer to apologize for his concerns. When performing the service vehicle inspection, the technician noted that there was coolant corrosion around the water pump, indicating a possible begining of a coolant leak, or the residual of an old coolant leak. Do the miles on the vehicle and the past service history at our dealership. the Service Advisor assumed that the water pump had not been replaced before.
