Service Dept is nice. Although, kinda wish I would've known during my purchase that as a new car buyer we get free car washes. During my visit to service I was told 1st oil change is on Toyota of Puyallup, next 5 are on Toyota.
Lil did I know my 1st "oil change" wasn't even a change. It's a check up. No worries though. Service guy was nice enough. They "checked" my oil, tire pressure and said they were washin it as well. All but 1 of those actually happened. But...... It's Washington. If they'd of washed it, it would've rained.
When I asked how to adjust and reset my own tire pressure like on my Tacoma, the gentleman was unsure as to how to do it. (Not the service writer) the guy handing me paperwork upon completion. Now this wouldn't be a accurate survey if I didn't give all this info. I'm a satisfied Toyota guy. You just asked where to improve. I'm giving it. Would I recommend Toyota? YES! Would I go outa my way to take or refer a friend to Toyota of Puyallup? No... ONLY because I haven't seen anything that sets them apart from the rest. EVERYTHING we received during our purchase "OTHER THAN the way "Tiffany" I think was her name in finance dealt with us was just average.
