I purchased my car brand new in 2005 from Toyota Puyallup and I only go to Toyota Puyallup for services and I have been consistent with my recommended services, but this is the first time I took it for a detail (only inside) and I was disappointed. I dropped the car off on 5/8/14 a little after 8 am and I did not receive word the car was ready until 5/9/14 a little before 2 pm. A detail should not take a day and a half to complete, especially, only an inside detail. Although I was provided with a free rental it was still an inconvenience because I did not know when they would call me so I did not want to go too far and I had plans on 5/8/14 and 5/9/14 as I assumed my car would be ready on 5/8/14. I did receive a %50 discount on my next oil and lube, so there was some attempt to rectify the inconvenience.
