Respectful Sales Department
The customer service was great and the process painless. Toyota of York didn't bug me with a bunch of emails and didn't pressure me to set up an appointment for a test drive. They asked what options I wanted, instead of pushing a bunch of stuff. Their respectful approach made me feel like they cared about getting the best car for me, not just trying to make another sale. That really made the difference for me, even beyond their competitive pricing.
