"Friendly and helpful employees"
I took my car in on 2-16 to take care of some recall issues that I'd been notified of. The letter said the process would take approximately an hour, but I figured it would take much longer. I got fooled. I was in and out of the service area in just slightly over an hour. Fantastic. I was dreading the thought of sitting around for hours on my day off and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome! Thanks!!

My tire "light" came on, I stopped to have it checked (no appointment) personnel checked, suggested it was a sensor, checked my pressure and arranged for an appointment to fix the sensor in a few days reassuring me that it was safe to drive the car. Thank you

"service department all knowledgable, polite, just all round quality of workers."
Warrenty is the Best, I just had a whole New transmission put in do to a defect/ it was covered under warrenty/ they took care of me buy paying for a rental veichle and all cost/plus I get for life of veichle free oil changes, they let me know by phone call to remind me of maintaince are due, what is or what can wait, no pressures.

This is my 3rd veichle I have purchase new, they seem to work with me on the trade amount and plus incentives from the dealership and from Hyundai company/ I am so please with everything.

This is my second Sonata leased at Transitown Hyundai. I cannot be any more satisfied with the entire staff. In particular Ms. Panzarella, she is very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional in her job. She always treats me as if I am her most important customer.
