It been well past a year since I did business with sales so this is only about the service department. They are really good about giving you a heads up about upcoming recommend service. This is nice because there is nothing like being told you need X done when you thought all you had to do was a oil change. They seem to get my car in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Always friendly and willing to answer questions.

Great staff, comfortable, but let’s stop and think.
Don’t know about charging full retail for a cabin air filter, then charging labor to put it in. You walked the nasty old one to me for free. Maybe drop it in the trash and grab a new one one to put back in on the way back to the service shop..?

Beyond that, the waiting area is excellent. Extremely comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.
