"Did what they said they would and found other work that needed to be done and completed that service also."
Very prompt in replacement of engine...impressive, and we were relieved it was under warranty as we expected it to be. Also, glad they found the car needed brake work and completed that for us also Thomas Woolbright was very professional and took interest in the car and its problems...which relieved a lot of stress of us as a car with only 75K miles had a catastrophic engine failure and we were quite concerned. Thank you...The Kelley's

"Bitter sweet "
The Tuscaloosa Hyundai team are always welcoming and smiling, I certainly appreciate them!! With that being said I would like my a/c fixed though, I have brought it up there and got it checked out and they say couldn’t find anything for as a leak to why my a/c isn’t cold anymore. They added some anti freeze and said if it happens again to come back and get it checked out and they will further see into the problem for free but I paid a lot a lot of money and nothing was fixed and sent me on my way so I will make an appointment to come back but I don’t plan on paying anything because I’ve already paid a lot of money and they didn’t figure out the issue witch I don’t feel they looked very good to find it out. It’s getting back to the kinda hot temps outside and I don’t wanna keep paying and paying and nothing is getting done but this team has never let me down before and I hope not now

"Always a great experience "
I bought my car from tuscaloosa Hyundai last year after a really bad experience from another Hyundai dealership. I had a wonderful experience purchasing the car. The salesman even stayed later to make sure I understood all the features. The service department is just as great! They are good at their job, and we were in and out of there under an hour on a Saturday. Thanks Allen and Thomas for wonderful work and great customer service!
