Avoid Service Dept at all costs
1 star is too much. I have been given the run around for 17 weeks for a $30 Fuel door they insisted I put through warranty to have replaced, but they neglected to put the request in the first time. Just this week, service manager asked me to stop by and ask for him, GREG GILBERT, so he could "match my paint color". 30 min drive south and a toll charge, no service manager at the location, and he has been unresponsive the last 2 days as to the status of this fuel door. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS SERVICE CENTER

Edit: Was told today 8/12, that GREG GILBERT has been out on vacation. So the "service manager" tells his customers to stop by when he won't even be in town...?? ??

They made part of this right by mailing the part I need, but the LIES and EXCUSES that I heard over the past 17 weeks are LAUGHABLE.
