Disappointed in how they handled a situation!!
We came in for our walkthrough and signing of paperwork. We brought our trade with us and traveled 2 hrs to get there. The sales person kept telling us the paperwork isn’t ready to sign yet and they are still cleaning the RV. Nearly 2 hrs later he said the walk through is ready. The service guy walked us back to the unit and asked if we had been told about the problem they found and we said no, he said the other day they noticed there was a problem with the slide out but he will show us how to hardwire it and make it work until they get a new part in. This is a new RV. We told him thank you for the information and we will talk with our sales guy. We went straight in there to chat with the sales guy, sales manager and finance guy. This is unacceptable behavior from them and we are very disappointed in their lack of communication and the fact that they did not keep us updated on what was going on. We felt they were dishonest and tried to hide this from us. The poor service guy shouldn’t have been the one to tell us! If they would have immediately contacted us and let us know what was going on we would have had such a bad experience with them. We ended up having to go through finance again on another unit which took us an additional 5 more hours there. At the end when we did our walk through we were even more disappointed in the fact that not once did the sales guy or sales manager check in with us to make sure things were going smooth, nor did they even say goodbye when we drove off with the other new unit. It really showed us how they value their customers and it saddens me that they did not take this opportunity to go above and beyond or the extra mile to even try to make us a lifelong customer!! Over promise and under deliver is one of the best ways to lose a customer and that’s exactly what they did!
