Patty said her vehicle was having an issue with the oil pressure. They called her two days after she dropped her vehicle off and she was told the vehicle was fixed. After she left the business, she noticed that the vehicle was behaving the same as it did before it was repaired. The business told her that the issue could not be resolved and that the mechanic would not be back until after the weekend. She was very upset that the business returned the vehicle in the same condition and that they did not tell her that it could not be repaired. She would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

not sure what the isssue causing oil pressure gauge to fluctuate. Installed new oil pressure switch then test drove for 20 minutes. The gauge did not fluctuate. Thinking the issue was resolved we phoned the customer to pick up the vehicle. She phoned about 30 minutes later and said the gauge was fluctuating again. I informed her the mechanic would not be at work again until after the weekend.  She was give the option of leaviing the vehicle here until then or returning it on Monday. She deciced to have another repair facility inspect it.  I have no control over her decision.
