Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to see why the check engine light on my 1 year old Hyundai was on. Upon arrival on a Friday I am informed they would need to keep my car all weekend because they wouldn’t have time to get to it on my scheduled appointment day and that appointments are only to hold your place in the line. Better communication would have been appreciated as I live 45 mins away and would need to make arrangements for a ride. Zero cares given by the staff there for the inconveniences or lack of communication they just wanted to blame it on the call center but who’s job is it to properly communicate with the customers.
