In 1981, he opened Vulc-Tech Tire sales and repairing, and expanded to more comprehensive auto repairs and alignments in 1991

Hi Vernon, you brought your vehicle in for a NH state inspection in Jan 2016 and you needed rear brakes for inspection and you had us do the brakes. You stated on your review that you were told you needed front brakes when it was rear brakes we did and it is clearly stated on your invoice. You came back 2 weeks later with a brake squeak and we installed another set of brake pads to eliminate the noise at no charge. As stated on your invoice we replaced your rear brakes and as per our warranty we cover the pads for life and the rotors for 2 years unlimited miles. Vulc-Tech would never ever charge for something if we did not install it. You mentioned you thought you were told you needed front brakes so if you checked your front brakes than obviously they would not be new. You have been a customer of ours for many years and I tried reaching out to you to discuss this matter but you chose not to reply to me. I can only hope you will contact us soon so we can bring this matter to a close.
