This was my first time having my car serviced at Waikem. Charlie was great, kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and took care of the warranty stuff. He was even nice and helpful when I had to call earlier in the week and reschedule my appt.

Service personnel were very helpful, friendly and professional. Key Fob was repaired under warranty while I waited. Approximately 30 minutes.

Is great! We have never had a problem with getting our car serviced or another car should we have needed one. The dealership is always clean also. New car wash is great too!

Very professional and excellent pricing
I took my new vehicle in for it’s first routine service. Oil change, tire rotation etc. everything was inspected, and documented. Plus a veteran discount. For everything that was done, I couldn’t have even changed the oil myself for that price. Highly recommend.

Prompt service
Needed to replace low beam bulb. No appointment. Charlie took care of me with the paper work, had the bulb changed, and was ready to go; all in less than 30 minutes.
That's good customer service. Price was reasonable; $ 38 for bulb, $ 22 installation.
