Only criticism in have is about the charge for brake inspection. Other places don't chare for it ( only if maintenance needs to get done)

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for using the survey process.

  We find that 99% of the time when there is a phone issue or bluetooth connectivity issue, it is because of a service provider or a phone issue.

The manufacturers of the phones constantly send updates to your phone which ussually create bugs that cause issues. Then they send another update later to fix the bugs they created. This is a phone or provider issue.

We will be more than willing to recheck your vehicle again to make sure the vehicle is operating properly and to reverify our findings.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience and I will arrange a loaner vehicle for you to drop yours off so we may recheck our findings.

Hi,

Thank you for using the survey process.

When inspecting your vehicle, we found no loose or worn parts. We connected using our Hyundai GDS and scanned every module for any errors or issues. There were none present. We pulled and inspected the live data stream from your vehicle and found no issues. ie: no miss fires and all sensors within manufacturer parameters both at idle and while driving.

Our technician took your Elantra for a test drive, then test drove and compared it to another 2015 Elantra with the same engine and transmission we had at the dealership. Both acted identical with the same amount of what would be considered normal vibration for that vehicle. This was tested at idle, under load and while driving.

As explained to you, based on the information, no codes in any module indicating any issue, data streams within manufacturer specification and side by side comparison with same year, make and model, your vehicle is operating normally when tested.
