Firestone Parker : I had my tires rotated. They only tightened 1 of six lug nuts
Tires Plus Parker: Oil change, didn't replace the oil cap. Sprayed oil all over my engine and drive way.
Kelly auto Parker: once again oil change. Lost my oil cap and oil everywhere. I got off easy. A close friend had an oil change at Kelly's.
After draining her oil they failed to replace it. She called said her engine was knocking and check engine light was on. She pulled over and checked the oil. Zero oil. They came and towed back to their shop.
