On Sunday morning I got my car out of my garage, on my way to the church that I’m pastor of in Chicsgo, as I came off of the Sky Way at 67th Street in Chicago, I heard something dragging, to my surprise it was the under weather guard underneath my car loose and dragging, as I got to my church, one of the parishioner got underneath and attached it so I could make it home. I will be calling Webb Service tomorrow, 7/20/20 for them to correct this, the guard was not properly fasten or replaced.
