Great customer Service
My car tires went flat on a Friday late night, one of the wheels also needed replacement. John looked at it Saturday 7 am and gave me reasonable estimates on when it could be fixed the soonest. He kept me in the loop on any updates throughout the day. They couldn't fix it on Saturday due to lack of wheel suppliers but were able to fix it real quick on Monday morning. I was kept updated all throughout the process. He was very mindful of my specific requirements and of the fact that I had to drive back to my home in Iowa.
