After bringing the car in, I was quickly informed of the work that needed to be done, walked through the inspection findings (and what was absolutely essential versus what could wait), and sent a formal inspection email with pictures of the areas of interest as well as estimated costs. Wells Automotive made sure that whatever could be covered by Carvana's insurance policy was and updated the invoice to reflect what was covered and what I was personally responsible for. Throughout this whole process, they were communicative and quick to get the work done.
I genuinely appreciate the way that they manage their business. On a personal level, I feel great being able to have an advisor on car-related issues while supporting a local family owned and operated business. As it pertains to COVID: they ensure that both their clientele and staff are protected with sanitation procedures and plenty of social distance. Thank you Wells Automotive!
