I think Frank is honest.
I think of Frank like my dentist. My dentist is conservative, doesn’t like to pull teeth or mess around with them but watch them as they age and then does what’s necessary. Mostly cleaning and watching. Wells Automotive also mostly changes the oil and check fluids for me and watches other things for trouble, judging that most are not necessary changes and can wait a while to do. When more extensive work is called for, Frank does what is right for the time and my pocketbook. The car is a 2003 with not a lot of miles on it so I think of it as indestructible. It is in good hands at Wells Automotive to keep it that way.
