Fast reliable communicated very well
On an early Friday morning, the last thing anyone wants is a stalled vehicle more than 50 miles from home. Frank at Wells had his tow truck there within the hour to get the truck, and called us within a few hours to give us an update. Miguel called us to let us know due to covid related issue impacting all industries, the part we needed was not available until Monday or Tuesday. Frank was very kind to offer to help set up a rental car if we needed one and let me tell you, there were NO cars available to people without connections to that industry. I navigated the commute for a few days with patience and learned how to take the train. Early Tuesday morning, we got the email, text, and call from Frank's team, letting us know the truck was ready. Frank arranged for someone to come pick me up and bring me to the shop. He also took the time to speak to my nervous wife and assure her that they were all safe and sound and not to worry about a thing. Overall, this was a great experience. Do not hesitate to call Wells Automotive, they will take care of you.
