Transparent approach to car repair
Frank from Wells Automotive is the best. He calls you to keep you updated on your car and the needed repairs. He truly is a trustworthy guy. He worked on my Range Rover, identified a potentially costly problem, explained the cost possibilities and recommended that I try to convince Land Rover to repair even though it was out of warranty. I called Range Rover and they are working with me to resolve the issue. Frank and Wells Automotive could have pushed to fix it and cost me $$$, instead they assisted me in identifying the issue and provided the documentation necessary to convince Range Rover to consider fixing the issue at no cost. Thanks Wells Automotive!
