Spoke with Jody. She said that her sister's engine light had come on so she stopped at this business. The business told her the issue was not urgent and that she would probably not get stranded. She stated they told her that the issue would be urgent when the check engine light stayed on longer. They did not charge her for the information. When the time came later, she returned to this business and they gave her a good deal on service. She said they have always been fair.
