Excellent customer service
My car's AC has not been working correctly since April. First place we took it said it needed to go to the dealer to be fixed. Took it to the dealer twice and they quoted replacement of several major parts. We decided to try Whitt's for another opinion. Scheduled an appointment for Thursday afternoon, but dropped it off Wednesday because of transportation issues. They called within an hour of us dropping it off with a possible problem and the solution. My car was ready Thursday morning! I have been dealing with no AC, borrowing cars, and a lack of customer service for months. Whitt's resolved my issue quickly and treated me very well in the process! Highly recommend Whitt's for excellent service!
