Excellent Service and Support
Wilmington Motor Works, is the new standard for a repair facility. The staff is Courteous and informative. Hannah is extremely helpful and accommodating. the technical folks are patient and informative. They are honest and very reliable.

Trip Check
I am driving the car on a 10 hour trip and wanted it checked out first. They got me in and got me out and reported a couple minor issues seen for future work but that would not impact this trip at all. Very efficient and very pleasant to work on my Mercedes.

like the email reminders and service history...attention to detail is excellent. texted me quickly when noted that brake flush was needed and asked for permission to do work with price estimate...like the explanation and breakdown of cost on bill and the follow up survey ....all signs of a very well run business that will continue!

Never go to BMW dealership again
Knowledgeable friendly people who were clear and direct about my cars issues. Fit me in the day I called with a “low coolant” light. It turned out to just be a bad sensor so saved me a ton of money from an expensive repair. Did a complete systems check and again didn’t recommend replacing all fluids and filters at dealership rip off prices. If you have a BMW go here.

The way they were so helpful and honest about the work toward car.
The Motor Works company seemed so caring and yet professional with my 2001 Mercedes. They understood my care and love for the car and were very honest with how the repair would work and explained they are less expensive than dealership. I will return when I need car help again...

Excellent work customer service
I could not be more pleased with the work that was done on my car as well as the customer service!! Tim and Hannah were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Hands down one of the best places in Wilmington. Customer satisfaction is very important to them. If you are looking for a company that believes the customer is number one you have found the right place.
