Excellent service
I honestly usually despise taking my car in for an inspection or any other service because I just feel like, in the past, the dealership, has me and I have to get the things fixed they say in order to pass. I do not feel this way at all bringing my car to your service center. I feel you are straight shooters and do not try to get me to fix things unnecessarily. And every single person there is extremely friendly and explains things in such a way that someone outside of your industry can understand. Really appreciate everything about your organization. Thank you!

Honest & Superior Service
You guys are so unlike most repair shops, I brought in my Mini for a State Inspection and to determine why the convertible top would not operate properly. Your Tech determined the issue with the top was the rear deck tray was not in it's proper position. Needless to say I felt totally stupid but with a grin I was told what the problem was and there would be no charge. Most shops would have told me there was a mechanical problem and charged me an excessive fee and not told me the truth!!! I have been giving thought of selling my 2008 Mini Conv. but may keep it because I feel so convertible bringing the vehicle to you for service!!
